The Almanac's Take
Only two of the 26 lines carry projections today, so the board is thin. Dean Kremer is the cleaner look — model has him at 5.9 Ks against a 5.5 line, generating a 7.61-point edge at medium confidence. MacKenzie Gore flips the other way: projection sits at 6.3 against a 6.5 line, and the model puts his over probability at just 44%, a 4.99-point edge toward the under at high confidence. Methodology is neutral-bias Poisson, so neither read is systematically inflated or suppressed — what you see is what the model believes.

Planned improvement: Replace Poisson tail with ML simulation prop_probs (src/projections/ml/simulation.py) once the sim emits the needed thresholds (TB ≥1/≥4/≥5; full K grid) and the backtest validates calibration improvement.
