He projects for 6.2 IP and 6.0 Ks against Boston with a 1.4 projected ER — the matchup grades out as favorable and confidence sits at medium, so the floor looks real even without a high-confidence tag. Teng is the other way: Detroit has handled his pitch mix well, the matchup grades unfavorable, and the projection reflects it with just 3.9 IP and 2.4 projected ER in a high-confidence read. Thin slate, but the gap between these two is about as clear as a two-game board gets.
