Lambeau is the headliner — 16 degrees for Bears-Packers, and the 44.5 total looks optimistic for that kind of cold even with only 9 mph winds. Cleveland isn't far behind at 33 degrees, and that Titans-Browns total of 33.5 already prices in misery. Buffalo checks in at 31 degrees for Bengals-Bills, though 54.5 is a big number to hang on a frozen outdoor game — worth watching. Kansas City sits at 27 degrees with an 8 mph breeze and a 41.5 total that seems better calibrated. The dome games — Dallas at Detroit (55.5), Rams at Arizona (49.5) — are pure offense questions with conditions off the table entirely.
